First Lady Irma Black
Pastor Irma was saved by our Lord and filled with His Spirit along with her husband on August 6th, 1980. Her commitment today is so strong towards helping other women become "Women of Excellence" that she has penned her "Personal Mission Statement" as follows: "My purpose and mission in life and ministry is to help train and teach women, young and old, how to become Women of Power, Women of Excellence, and Women of Warfare.Teach them to be fortified and fulfilled in every area of life and ministry. Teach them through the Word of God how to be supporting wives, loving and caring mothers, and anointed women of God. Teach them to be living examples in our communities and neighborhoods defining specifically what it really means to be a CHRISTIAN. Most importantly, allowing the Spirit of God to flow in me and through me, not allowing anything or anyone to separate me from His love." In her years as being a saved women of God and a lover of His ministry, she has served in many offices within the church and ministry. Of note, the following is but a partial list:
Pastor Irma pulls from the skills she developed in the work force as an office administrator to serve as Executive Administrator & Treasurer of New Ground Harvest Church. She is a leader among women and an inspiration to those that come in contact with her as well as those that know her. Pastor Irma in her role as a (Minister's) wife is supportive, loving, and the help meet God desires her to be and has been installed as Pastor of Ministry. She's the mother of two (saved) sons that she loves deeply and is extremely proud of. God has anointed Pastor Irma in the areas of singing, Intercession, Praise & Worship, and Exhortation. He's especially gifted her with the laying on of healing hands, words of knowledge and wisdom, and discerning of spirits.

Irma Black, born Irma
Lynese Dorsey in Memphis, Tennessee is a sold out, born again,
fired up Woman of Excellence, Licensed and Ordained to do the work of our
Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Pastor Irma spent the first 14 years of
her life in Memphis, then the family relocated to Los Angeles, California where
she now resides & co-pastors with her husband of 21 years, Ron Black,
the founder & Pastor of New Ground Harvest Church in Los Angeles,
California.
